Since 2023, Noble Fox have been working with the Trustees, Staff & residents of the Bethsaida Retirement Village to develop an overall Master Plan for the existing property. Improving safe access, circulation and encouraging community interaction, all within attractive garden spaces are the primary goals for each of the projects undertaken around the Village.

Additionally we have been engaged to prepare Master Plans for new stages of development as the Village expands. This ongoing role extends through to Concept Design, detailed Planting and Landscape Lighting Design and construction supervision as the new Units are completed.
